Beartooth Alpaca Ranch is located in the quaint town of Roberts, Montana, with breathtaking views of the Beartooth Mountains. We are 1/2 an hour from the Red Lodge ski resort, 45 mins from Billings and 80 miles to East Yellowstone via the Beartooth Highway, reported to be the most scenic highway in America. We have brought to our 20 acres of Big Sky Country powerful genetics such as: Snowmass Nova,Hemingway, Yupanqui, Michelangelo, Dom Alamir, Victor, Felix, Vengador just to name a few. Our focus first and foremost is for healthy, confirmationally correct alpacas. From there we breed for quality fiber for todays market and the future. We consider our alpacas to be our business partners and treat them with the respect they truly deserve. We prepared ourselves with extensive knowledge of the husbandry skills required for our magical alpacas while in Vancouver, Washington for 2 years before moving our small herd to Montana. Customer support, Honesty, Quality products and services are hallmarks of our business practices. We are looking forward to serving the alpaca industry and future breeders/owners. We are co-founders of the Yellowstone Alpaca Breeders Association (YABA) for the tri-state area of Montana, Wyoming and Idaho.
