Sunset Hills Farm located in the rural north Pittsburgh area, has focused on developing only the finest of alpaca livestock. When we say we are "pasturing the genetics of the future" we mean today and tomorrow. It was our careful selection and screening of quality alpaca that has brought our farm to bring one of the most award winning in Western Pennsylvania. Our herd's genetic heritage includes lines such as, the famous "Peruvian Zephyrus,""Legacy","Accoyo Kilyo","Victor","Lional" , "Hemingway", Caligula", Ghengis Khan","Snowmass Maharajah," Bueno"and others. This heritage has allowed us to develop some of the finest award winning alpaca including; Zephyrus, our 10 time Color and National Color Champion, Sunset Hills Andean Gold a multiple Color Champion along with Sunset Hills Polaris, Sunset Hills Tempest,Sunset Hills Lion King, Sunset Hills ZBreeze, Sunset Hills Sanibel, Sunset Hills Prudence just to a name a few! We offer these alpaca and their progeny to you! Through a controlled and manageable herdsize we give a lot of individualized love and attention to each alpaca.
