Lonestar is the stunning DRG “total package” offering a tight, high frequency crimp that is both soft and fine. He has outstanding density; excellent coverage; a macho head and a true-to-alpaca phenotype.
He offers excellent conformation and highly recognized genetics like PC Running Late ( who has elite fleece from his head to the tip of his toes); 6Peruvian Titan (who sold at the 2007 Breeder's Choice Auction for $250,000) and MFI Peruvian Jericho (whose offspring have won over 100 championships including both light and dark Herdsire of the Year).
This 2007 AOBA Fleece Color Champion is on lease from Magical Farms to begin his breeding career. He has already settled females and we're anxiously awaiting the results!
If you would like to add the fleece density and style of the genetic greats, WITH COLOR, then MFI Peruvian Dark Lonestar is an excellent choice. His sire, PC Running Late is one of the few Accoyo Titan sons with color. (We have another, MFI Peruvian Enterprise.) And although he may look brown, when you part that fleece it is a true dark rose grey. Dark Lonestar is absolutely stunning.
