Don't miss purchasing Oliena at this price during our retirement sale!
WOW....Peruvian Oliena was bred for massive density with outstanding-even character to create the highest end fleece. She looks like the poster child for a precise breeding combination. We just look at her in the field and go "WOW"....she is a gorgeous animal....great conformation, bone structure, gorgeous head, dense-dense, and beautiful character to her fleece.
Look at her genetics....PPeruvian Dracula 6016, My Pervian Rolex, My Peruvian Frontrunner, Peruvian Odette 1229, Snowmass Millenium, Hemingway...must we say more! She gets massive density from Dracula and Odette in her pedigree and stunning fleece characteristics of Frontrunner.
My Peruvian Front Runner, Oliena's sire, has a very advanced, truly elite, bundling fleece that is nearly identical in character, density, and style to that of Peruvian Jericho's famous son, Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah.
In an extremely tough competition at the 2006 AOBA National Conference Fleece Show, Jeremiah won First Place and Light Color Champion. Frontrunner, a year younger, won First Place and Reserve Light Color Champion RIGHT NEXT TO Jeremiah! Their fleece scores by AOBA Senior Judge Amanda VandenBosch were nearly identical with the major difference being fleece weight, but only by a couple of points. Since Front Runner is a year younger, one would expect this. However, at the 2005 fleece show under AOBA Judge Cameron Holt, it was Frontrunner's Fleece who scored a couple of points higher than Jeremiah!
My Peruvian Frontrunner's sire is Peruvian Rolex and his dam is the multi-champion Snowmass Millenium daughter, Peruvian Fenja. Fenja won four championships before her retirement, including Judge's Choice - and she is also the dam of Peruvian Foundation.
Oliena's sire, Frontrunner, has genetic contributions from multiple champion Peruvian Rolex, Accoyo Legacy, Accoyo King, All American Futurity Champion Snowmass Millenium, Peruvian Tafeta (dam of Rolex and Tesoro), multiple Champion Fenja, All American Futurity Champion Peruvian Charmingway, Peruvian Hemingway, and Fiesta Girl.
Peruvian Oliena's mother, My Peruvian Olianna, is the daughter of non other than the impressive Ppperuvian Dracula. Some of the owner's best offspring had Accoyo Dracula in their pedigree. Known for producing offspring with DENSE, highly advanced fleece, Dracula is a real gem! There are only a handful of the original Accoyo males left in the United States - many have been sold to Australia or other countries, and others have passed away.
