Go-To Guy For Density & Color!

Starbuck de Alta Vista

Huacaya, Male, Proven, Light Brown, 3/4 Peruvian, 1/4 Chilean
ARI# 1119299 | DOB: 10/8/2004
We had a hunch this guy would be spectacular from the minute he hit the ground. We've never seen such bundles of popcorn-like fleece on a newborn. As he developed into a yearling, we found soft rolling skin under that first baby fleece too!

VFA Elizabeth Taylor

Huacaya, Female, Proven, True Black, Full Chilean
ARI# 843527 | DOB: 9/24/2002

VFA Elizabeth Taylor is full Chilean. She is shy, but easy to handle on a lead. She is low maintenance and has passed that on to her crias. She is a very attentive mother and has extremely nutritious milk that puts her crias on a robust growth curve. So far, she has become pregnant on the first try each time we have tried (three breedings in a row!)

Her 2011 cria, "Falstaff" is with Lancaster's Highland Chieftain. Chieftain is an 8x Champion with enduring fineness (http://www.openherd...

Description

SOLD - Our thanks to Sue Betzenberger and family of Bath, PA for purchasing Cappuccino and adding him to their 4-H herd.

Cappuccino has a striking presence that catches your eye, a laid back personality and is easy to handle. He has been shown twice, once as a six month old getting third is a class of five (MABA Alpaca Celebration-2009) and again as a yearling getting third at PAOBA 2010.

Cappuccino comes from a family of alpacas that are very easy to handle and low maintenance. He is one of our friendliest alpacas.
