Melanie is a super nice female with a quiet, gentle nature who has proven to be a super mom with plenty of milk for her growing cria. She has a fawn/brown spot behind her right ear and she throws color. Her new 2011 cria is a dark fawn beauty from a white sire. She is a compact female with correct conformation and good substance of bone.

She is sired by Jolimont 2 Peruvian Ivano whose bloodline & genetics are known for their high heritability to retain fineness. On her Dam's side is Jolimont 2 Peruvian Alpamayo, known for his high frequency crimp and his ability to also retain low micron fleece. Melanie brings some rare, uncommon, and exceptional proven genetics to the table. Her Champion sire is now deceased, thus further limiting her genetics.
