Peruvian Leelanau Mist is a striking and eye catching girl. This beauty has lock, luster and color that shines on her stately presence. She is a great combination of her tall stretchy and proud dam and the Accoyo locks of her sire.
Misty has had a fantastic show career and we are extremely happy with her accomplishments. She has also been a wonderful partner for our oldest daughter in the obstacle ring. Misty has been an easy going travel buddy and we miss taking her with us to the shows.
In 2006, Misty delivered her first cria. "Warrior's Motega of SBFS" is sired by Condor's Warrior. His independence of locks, luster and staple length are amazing!
In 2007, Misty delivered "Saber's Peruvian Autumn Mist of SBFS" and she is looking great!
In 2008, Misty delivered a Full Peruvian 1/2 Accoyo fawn son of USA Semejanzo. He is a beautiful male with an amazing pedigree!
Misty's January 2010 cria is a beige son, sired by Semejanzo, the sire of the 2009 & 2010 Futurity Champion - Crusoe. "Beijing" is Full Peruvian and 1/2 Accoyo.
Misty bred to Huck, who is a dark brown MacGyver son with fantastic density and delivered a medium brown daughter on May 29, 2011. She is doing well and this cria is a colored cross of Accoyo Bruxo with Accoyo Ace.... this should be GOOD! "Stone Brook Leanne" comes with Misty at side.
Misty is rebreeding to USA Semejanzo - our 1/2 Accoyo stud and sire to Clarion, Crusoe & Affinity! This cria will be Full Peruvian and 1/2 Accoyo. Misty is exposed and not yet confirmed, but if she holds her breeding she will be due June 13, 2012.
