Sugar is a gorgeous, super-sweet HEMINGWAY GRANDDAUGHTER. Her first daughter was born in '08 (a gorgeous medium fawn) and in 2009 she delivered a beautiful son by Peruvian Picchu's Fortunato. In 2010, on October 8th, Sugar delivered a stunning little girl, Close-Knit Sugar's Holiday Truffles!
Sugar has a VERY EASY-GOING personality, she's quite affectionate, very COMMUNICATIVE (she clucks and kisses all the time), likes people, is naturally very inquisitive, polite with the other alpacas, and halters and leads well. What more could you ask for?
What about her FLEECE? It's gorgeous....with a soft, fine hand and ample density with crimp.
Sugar is a wonderful foundation dam for Close-Knit, as her mother has been an ideal alpaca mom, breeding and birthing with ease, and providing plenty of milk and attention for her young.
