Like his sire Pacific Crest's Caligula's Excalibur, Silver Quest has a beautiful head & a body frame that is large, broad-chested, & well-balanced, with color consistency as well as fiber fineness & spectacular uniformity. Like his dam Katalina in the Mist he displays a gorgeous grey color, continuing a long line of grey & lavender rose grey genetics extending back at least 5 generations. Silver Quest also has a wonderful disposition, very calm & always easy to work with.

Silver Quest settled his first females fall 2008, & his first crias arrived fall 2009, showing his color as well as his great fiber & conformation. In fact, one of those 2009 crias (a black male) has already distinguished himself in the show ring, winning a Color Championship at the 2011 TxOLAN Alpaca Show.
