An extraordinary Herd Sire in luxurious True Black is now available for breeders looking for the best in the dark colors. Midnight Rider is incredibly dense with uniform crimp and loads of brightness. He placed above a number of whites in the Bred & Owned class because of his extraordinary fiber characteristics.
His fleece was shown at Nationals where he took 2nd place by only one point to the Champion black fleece. This Peruvian boy with Accoyo backing him, is now breeding and ready for you... |

This beautiful True Black male is a quite a headturner! He has over 25 cria on the ground, he throws modern grey, black, classic grey and brown. He has a true macho proud presence, and really struts his stuff. His conformation is correct, is compact and has good bone. His jaw alignment is correct. He began his breeding career at 22 months old. As macho as he is, his personality and handling ability are pleasing as punch! The fiber on this boy is stunningly soft, has consistent fiber throughout that's bright, crimpy and silky with a nice long staple length. His total fleece wt was 9# in 2010. He hails from top of the line champion peruvian genetics such as Guellermo and Dracula.
We love the fact that he improves every female he breeds.
His histogram at 1 year was 19, 4.6, 24 and 98.4 CF. See histogram report at 4 years old. Still great for a black!
We are at the point that we have too many in our herd related to Jack, so are willing to part with him for a great price. He's done well to improve our overall herd quality, and he can do the same for you. We really want him to go to a good home, as he has graced our pastures for over 5 years now. He needs to be used! He is ready to go! No health issues, never has had any, always keeps his body score. WE ARE OFFERING JACK FOR A FABULOUS PRICE NOW.
We will consider leasing Jack to a nearby (within 150 miles) farm for 1-3 months. Unlimited breedings for $2000.
