Balistreri (co-owned with Mary Ann Andrews) is one solid boy in every way. He has great bone structure, perfect conformation, and his fleece is something to behold. The first time I took him in the ring and the judge opened his fleece, she said "WOW!" That just comes out when you look at his fleece. He is quite fine with a high frequency fleece that is everywhere - very consistent. I am still amazed when I see that crimp in his tail and on the bottom of his legs. He is quite the macho and will definetly make his mark on our herd! His show record this year has been outstanding - never less than a second (including AOBA Nationals)! That is quite remarkable considering he competed in some of the biggest shows in the nation, in large white classes, under a variety of judges. His genetic background includes El Nino, Camilio, Snowmaster, Hemmingway and Guellermo! Did I mention he is one SOLID boy?
UPDATE: Balistreri's first cria hit the ground on 9/11/12. His name is Patriot and he is absolutely stunning. This is one of those that you KNOW you are seeing something special on!!!
