Madison is a unique and special alpaca on our farm. At 5 weeks of age she had to have a toe amputated. For 10 days she received a shot and re-wrap of her front foot. What a trooper. She not only handled the treatment well, she recovered well and you can hardly tell there is anything different about her. She keeps up with the herd and can even be seen running with the crias. To top it off she is a silver grey!
