It is no secret that we are devoted fans of the Snowmass breeding program. It was Don and Julie who we clicked with when we first ventured to the US to take alpacas to Australia way back in 1994. We thought the same way about breeding and fiber. Jude and I helped with their selections in Peru and co-owned herdsires like Hemingway, Drambuie, Peruvian Don Julio etc. So its no wonder our huacaya stud male stable is entirely based on Snowmass genetics.

She has got a fine fleece as well with a 19.1micron and a cv of 22.1...thats pretty handy considering our herd is on cow pasture all year long. No feed lot fineness here!
