Rainey is an ideal breeding female. She has easy births, breeds back very easily and is a great mother. This is even more remarkable because her cria are usually 20-21lbs at birth! She consistently produces very fine, uniform offspring.
And despite this, she has sacrificed very little fineness in her own fiber. At almost 9 years old, through 7 pregnancies, her MFD was 26.9 with a CV of 17.4!

Light fawn classes are brutal these days, and River held her own against the best. Absolutely nothing wrong with placing 4th when you're competition is Snowmass.....at any other show she would have scored much higher.
She's out of one of our absolute best genetic lines for long term uniformity....in fact her dam earned a very well deserved Reserve Champion banner at 10 years of age because she was still totally uniform. You don't find alpacas of this quality every day.
And how many places can you find the genetics of Grand Master? Then add in a little Legacy Gold and El Nino....
When you have a girl of this quality, only the best will do to breed her to. You really can't go wrong with any of the options we have. Snowmass Majesty's Revolution would be just as good a choice as Snowmass XXXtremely Golden.

She's a very special girl and proof of why we love her dam so much! She is almost 2 microns FINER and MORE uniform GRID! And her curve is significantly higher too. Grid AFD 18.5, SD 3.7, CV 19.9, %>30 0.7, Curve 44.8. Mid side AFD 20.1, SD 4.1, CV 20.4, %>30 1.1, Curve 42. So, her entire blanket would sort into the same grade, yielding the highest profit.
