Cloud Hollow's Gwenneva
ARI# 32008456 D.O.B. 7/30/2011 (1 yr)
Huacaya, Female, Medium Brown
You open up her fleece and BAM! Just SO bright! She's even brighter in person than the picture shows.
Gwen's a sure bet for a farm interested in a high quality production female. Her genetics are proven in the show ring. Her dam is herself a Color Champion at 5 years of age, with her maternal uncle none other than multichampion AAR Normandy's Icon. She's sired by a son of 2x Champion SA Peruvian Magnito.
Gwen embodies all that is great about Full Peruvian genetics. Accoyo Grand Master, Timoteo and Augusto. How many places to you see them in the same alpaca?
Now the question is who to breed her to to improve on what is already an amazing genetic package? We'd recommend either Snowmass XXXtremely Golden or Snowmass Majesty's Revolution. There really is no wrong answer, just a whole lot of right!
Shiny silky fleece. Check. Finer at grid than midside. Check. Commercial fiber producer! One of the best handling fleeces we've produced, with very few primary fibers similar in micron and style to her secondaries. Lower AFD, SD, and CV and higher Curve from her grid, which is what we're looking for.
