He is averaging over 64% females to date. Many of those offspring have been in the show ring and are doing wonderfully! Many champions and all have that tell tale Belmonte luster and beautiful heads. One suprising benefit has been Belmonte's ability to pass through color on to his cria! He has so far produced as dark as True Black from a dark fawn dam (see MSR's Tia Maria by Belmonte) along with producing a fawn 3/4 male (Belmonte's Prize Possession) from a WHITE dam! No wonder his cria are Champions. Belmonte's luster, tight penciled locks and overall perfect conformation is only enhanced by his wonderful personality.
