Princess was born 4/29/06 right in the middle of a show, but luckily her dam is an easier birther and my husband was there to dry her off. She was up and running within a very short time and hasn't stopped since. Princess has great density, very solid locks that go right to the skin and a presence that is sure to set her apart in the show ring. Her luster is apparent even at the far end of the field and we love her spunk! She was the leader of the cria pack this year and is very solid with a perfect bite and straight legs and topline. If you are interested in breeding for color, this is the girl for you. Fawn is the most versitile color and with 2 true black parents All our alpacas are tested NEG for BVD.
Princess has given us 2 black crias, one male and one female when bred to black! She definately has the color gene.
