Mario is a full Peruvian ½ Accoyo with Anatacalla genetics. Mario comes from the much sought after genetics of the Snowmaster line and the highly acclaimed Royal Fawn line. Mario has an insane brightness with a high frequency crimp style that is very consistent through out his entire frame. He is well balanced with excellent bone density as well as a classic Accoyo phenotype look. This boy also produces excellent staple length and coverage which is a desired asset to any herd.
Snowmaster genetics are difficult to find and are in sought out for good reason. This Peruvian full Accoyo male has the distinction to be the only North American born Alpaca to be re-imported BACK to Peru! He was originally sold to a farm in Australia for $250,000 before going back to Peru. This makes his genetics here in the US difficult to find. His genetics have consistently sold for high dollars at the top auctions when available. Dr. Norm Evans Follicle density was performed on Snowmaster?s Royal Extreme and the results put him in the top 2% of males tested with a 15:1 S/P ratio, Secondary to Primary hairs. Follicle density is 61.5 follicles/SQMM.
To further add diversity, Mario has the possibility to throw black due to his sire, TCB's Zephyrson. This incredible herdsire is a true black sired by 10x Color Champ 382 Peruvian Zephyrus and his dam is from one of the darkest true black females, 5Peruvian Indigo Ink. This gal was hand selected in Peru because of her absolute True Black color consistency. Her name, Indigo Ink, was selected for her true color.
