Winter storms may be still around us, but the alpacas from Salt Creek were sizzling hot over at the Small Breeders Challenge! Commander, Bonecrusher (a.k.a. "Crusher"), Delilah, Outlaw, and AnnaGray all captured blue ribbons. Crusher and AnnaGray also captured Color Group Winner titles! Great job! A special thanks to all (Twin Springs Alpacas, Nueva Dia, Magical, and Wyndy Pynes) who helped us during the weekend events. We couldn't have done it without your help! Thank you!

Salt Creek Alpacas, Inc. strongly supports all aspects of the alpaca industry – from the organizational clubs to the fiber co-ops. We are located in Central Illinois close to the I-74 and Rt 136 exits by Farmer City.
Because we believe that quality will never be sacrificed for quantity, we strive for the best genetic matches we can locate, while limiting “over-breeding” where possible. By choice, we limit market saturation of specific genetics where possible and bring in championship lines often with an eye towards selecting the perfect genetic matches and luxurious fiber for our customers. Our goals towards genetic and fiber improvements climb with each cria born and sold from Salt Creek Alpacas, Inc.
