"I want some, too!" |
Let me begin by saying that we take pride in the many top-of-the-line quality bloodlines that we have in the lineage of our alpacas. These include: Black Magic, Bueno, Dakotia, Matador, Royal Fawn, Grand Master, Kilyo of Star Hill, Yupanqui, Peruvian Dante, Fire-N-Ice, Nic Nac, Silvio, Camelot, Augusto, Caligula, Wily Coyote, Pride of America, Don Timbo, Don Quijote, El Nino and White Out!
We are a small farm nestled in Shelby County, Ohio. We went to the Ohio Alpacafest for a family fun day in the fall of 2000, and everyone in the family fell in love with these beautiful animals! I must say we were leery about spending the initial investment; but after two years of researching, we finally bought 4 Huacaya females and 1 Huacaya male. We took the next 6 months to prepare the shelter and fencing and brought our alpacas home in June of 2003. This has been a very rewarding experience for our family. My husband and I and our two sons & two daughters have all been involved in the raising, showing and handling of our herd of alpacas. Our goal from the beginning has been to continue to improve our herd as we grow by breeding to top quality herdsires.
We will be glad to send you a fiber sample of any alpacas at your request.
BOARDING & TRANSPORTATION: During the time your alpacas are boarded at our farm, we will provide deworming shots as needed, pastures for them to graze, a clean barn for shelter, fresh water, high quality hay, and lots of love and affection. Our highly respected vet is only minutes away. You would be welcome to visit your alpacas with advance notice. The boarding fee is $2.50 per day. If you buy alpacas from us, they can board here for free for the first 6 months, then a charge of $2.50 per day will be assessed.
GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES: Prior to purchase, the buyer will be offered the option to undertake a full veterinary examination of the alpaca, using a veterinarian of the buyer's choice, at the purchaser's expense.
In exchange for your payment of a stud fee, we will offer that a live cria will be born to owner's dam and that the cria will survive 24 hours after birth.
We live by the golden rule and will do as much as we can to keep our customers happy by offering these warranties and support after the sale.
