Breath of Heaven Alpacas Ranch is not one of the large 'get lost in the numbers' farms. We are very hands on with each animal and know all there is to know about each fuzzy one. We will share our expertise with you and promise to work with you to build the best herd you can build.

Breath of Heaven Alpacas is located in Deland, Florida, between Orlando and Daytona Beach. We are one of the first alpaca farms in Central Florida. We specialize in Huacaya alpacas and offer some of the finest and best bloodlines in the nation.
Alpacas are a fun and fulfilling way to start using your land. We love it. We have completed the first phase of our ranch. It is just outside of Deland, Florida – between Orlando and Daytona Beach. We currently have a herd of 20 alpacas and a breeding program using some of the best blood lines in the country. We have animals from as far north as Pennsylvania and as far west as the state of Washington.
How did we get involved with alpacas? Well, it all began with a log cabin book. After purchasing our land we first considered building a log home and as we looked through a catalog we saw these strange & beautiful animals. We researched AOBA & requested information about them. Once on their mailing list we received information for the Txolan show at "South Fork" - you know, from the TV series.
Well, we pretty much dismissed the alpaca notion. But the idea of viewing the grounds where the likes of JR, Bobby & Miss Ellie roamed kind of got things stirred up again. As we walked between the pens under the close scrutinery of dozens of soft fuzzy animals with those big dark eyes it was all over! We never had a chance!
Now years later, we still love to be around them and are thrilled when we get a chance to visit ranches from other parts of the country.
