ALPACAS DE COLORES

Welcome to our small, eleven acre, East Tennessee farm. Alpacas de Colores (Alpacas of Color) is our dream come true! Watching the alpacas pronk through the pastures, spending time humming with them as they eat from our hands, just makes all the effort and trials to get here worth every minute. We have learned so much over the years, from how to build fences to trimming toenails and recognizing the tell-tale signs of an impending birth. If we can learn to do this, so can you!

Our farm began in Washington state, but in 2009 we loaded up the chickens and alpacas and moved east to beautiful, sunny Tennessee. Our farm is dedicated to raising and breeding quality huacaya alpacas with excellent, top-notch genetics. We strive to produce soft handle fiber with bright luster. Because we are a small farm, we know each of our animals individually. We hang-out with them and know their personalities. We are full time alpaca ranchers and offer our customers personalized attention in purchasing, transporting, and raising alpacas. We are happy to assist you in developing a farm plan with fencing and shelters.
