New Alpaca Adventure
Welcome to TLB Farm & Cattle, home of TLB Prairie Pumpkins & Critters, TLB Wild Horse Creek Aussies, and TLB Wild Horse Creek Outfitters. We are located in the middle of Western Kansas. We raise wheat, feed, cows, and horses, plus donkeys, miniature donkeys, chickens, and our beautiful Suri Alpacas. We have only owned our alpacas for a little over a year, and are learning so much every day. Our Suris are show champions and proven breeders. We are blessed to have them!
Welcome and Hello.... We're located right in the middle of Western Kansas, approximately 60 miles north of the famous Dodge City. We have slightly rolling hills, adequate soils for farming, and the typical Kansas weather from one extreme to the other.
We have both been raised within 50 miles of our home place, and continue to live and raise our kids to love and respect the land, our families, our church, and our neighbors.
We raise wheat, milo, and cane feed for our cows. We have native grass pasture with ponds for our cow herd, along with a windmill close to the house in the corrals. We have the perfect windbreaks to provide us much needed protection from the cold winter winds. They also provide us with the perfect calving areas for our cows, as well as the donkeys, horses, and alpacas.
We are also makers of many projects including farm activities as a pumpkin patch and petting zoo, sewing, crafts, junking, and country cooking for many. We love & care for our horses, donkeys, alpacas, cows, dogs, cats, and chickens, plus raising crops and running a business in a very small Kansas town, where the wind blows regularly, the big open skies are blue, the night sky is full of stars, where we can see the sunrise and the sunsets, and the sunflowers are always beautiful!
