Ideal Alpaca!

Stoneberg Alpacas, LLC started in August 2007 with the purchase of 2 pregnant females. The buying has continued as well as the breedings and births. Stoneberg Alpacas, LLC ranch has 8.0 leased acres which, at this point, is the perfect size for our breeding plan(s).

My farm is run based upon experiences that I have been through thus far as an alpaca breeders. My goal is to be fair, honest and have an open line of communication with potential buyers. I want loyal clients for as log as we buy, breed and raise these animals.

There are many philosophies in the alpaca world when it comes to breeding. My philosophy is simple… breed with Impact herdsires. We do this and strive to have each generation better than the previous.

My pricing is fair and I will work with buyers to find animals they are comfortable with as well as terms they can afford. I provide regular meaningful updates on all alpacas that we own and birth. I also keep updated pictures, ARI certificates and records on each animal.

If you buy from Stoneberg Alpacas, LLC I will help assist you in future breeding plan(s) with that particular female(s). Also with ARI's EPD (expected progeny difference) program, future offspring will be better than his/her parents.

My goal as an alpaca breeder is to use top quality stud males to help improve our herd as well as contribute positively to the United States herd. As I'm sure you will see, my philosophy is simple which equates to the "Ideal Alpaca".

All contracts require 34% down and you take delivery of your purchase once the down payment is paid and the insurance contract has been verified.

1. No interest on contracts of 1 year or less;

2. 6% interest on contracts of 2 years with quarterly payments;

3. 8% interest on contracts of 3 years with quarterly payments;

4. 5% discount for 1 time payment of full purchase price (i.e. no financing);

5. Buyer is responsible for veterinarian check(s) prior to travel.

6. A $250 fee will be charged for late payments on all contracts.

We realize with the ever changing economy that some terms suggested above will not meet everyone's needs. We encourage you to submit an offer that works for you and we will try to accommodate your circumstances.

Please note: all alpacas purchased on contract must be insured for full mortality with Stoneberg Alpacas, LLC named as co-beneficiary so long as there is an outstanding balance.
