New to forum, but have question. I have a female about 3 years old that spits up a fair amount of green liquid some mornings. She has been on the thin side, but weight seems ok now. She has been doing this for about the past year or so, so I have not bred her. Is there anything I can to do to cure this? Thanks for your help!

This can be a sign of megaesophagus. You will probably need to take her to a veterinary teaching hospital or other facility with similar high tech equipment to get a diagnosis. this is a condition that can be managed, but never cured.

How is this condition managed? I have a Female that may have this. I've read in the Alpaca Field Manual 3rd Ed. that "Some promise has resulted from 14 days of Marquis (Ponazuril) at 20 mg/kg." I'm not familiar with Marquis, but saw that it is an oral med.
Thank you.
