Cowboy Ethics and Leadership
These ethics were how Francis and I were both raised. This was so ingrained in our daily lives, it was taught by our grandparents and parents not only with words but how they did their business with others. There are times we all need reminders of how to live our lives to the fullest. This says it all:

5. Be Tough, But Fair
