Service Description
If you are looking to downsize, retire or have had a change of life that makes taking care of your alpacas a hardship for you, let us help you find homes for your alpacas.
Through our network of alpaca connections, memberships, business colleagues, organizations and open farm day events, we bring many perspective customers to our farm. Through our parent company; The Amish Tradesmen, LLC which is a pole barn, custom home framing and masonry business we have many customers on-site taking a look at the alpacas on a daily basis and asking "those questions" about ownership. Since our office is located on-site with the alpacas, and alpaca barns are one of our specialties, we can do a complete set-up for new owners as well, which we feel is a wonderful asset.
We can either handle the sale "long distance" or on-site Brokering.
If on-site, according on if we have vacancies:
We will take excellent care of your alpacas:
*We have ample green pastures with room to expand.
*We provide top-quality feed and free-range suppliments and fiber enhancements recommended by Dr. Norm Evans.
*Our hay selections are the best that we can purchase from several local farms.
*Our premises are clean, neat and sanitary as we possibly can provide to help keep parasites to a minimum. We clean our dung piles daily and use fly predators throughout the season. We also blow torch dung piles throughout the season as an added precaution. We powerwash our barns regularly. As you can see, cleanliness at our facility is a top-priority!
*Your alpacas will get plenty of attention. Our on-site office is open 40-50 hours per week making us very accessible to interested parties. John and I are here 99% of the time. Between John, Tyler, our farm hand Derrick, Jamie and all the folks that come to visit, we spend a lot of time around the alpacas.
