Snowmass Snow Legend is one of the finest studs in the nation, with a cashmere-like fleece of 14.4 micron count in 2004 and still, over 40 offspring, at the age of 8, his micron count is 21.6!!
Son of one of the most unique Full Accoyo sires in the US; his father Snowmass Incaaccoyo Star (I-Star) is sired by the one and only, Peruvian Snowmaster (more on side).
I-Star passed on his great conformation to Legend; including bite, straight legs, & straight top line: as well as his FANTASTIC fiber with a tight and uniform crimp, lock structure, density, coverage, soft handle & bundling and luster.
Even more exciting than that, is that Legend is a male full of attitude, presence and great conformation. Just looking at him makes you go WOW. He represents the greatness of his sire & grandsire, with an additional brightness, luster and highly expressive crimp making an unbelievable fleece on this true Champion. Snowmaster & I-Star passed all this onto Legend, plus a great disposition!

Please notice Khloë's 3rd year histogram is even better than her second year! We are EXCITED to have our first Snowmass kid and she is growing into a lovely young lady, ready to be bred! Khloë's sire is Snowmass Snow Legend who has quite a remarkable background. Khloë's dam is our own Muireall, a beautiful medium brown girl with lots of Acero Marka genetics.
Khloë is named after our first granddaughter, Chloë. We initially thought our Khloë was going to be born on our granddaughter's birthday--that didn't quite turn out, but we kept the name anyway and our granddaughter was delighted with our choice!

Khloë's sire, Snow Legend, is sired by one of the most unique full Accoyo sires in the U.S., Snowmass Incaaccoyo Star. I-Star is sired by the one and only Peruvian Snowmaster. Snowmaster has 79 registered offspring of which 49 are Snowmass cria. I-Star has 64 registered cria, many belonging to Cas-Cad-Nac Farm and Snowmass, topline breeders who know their business well.
I-Star passed on his great conformation to Legend, including bite, straight legs, & straight top line, as well as his FANTASTIC fiber with a tight and uniform crimp, lock structure, density, coverage, soft handle & bundling and luster. It looks like her daddy's good features have been passed on to Khloë! She has beautifully silky fleece—like none we have ever had on the farm before!
She has developed into a large, bright girl with nice topline, legs, conformation and we will probably be using her as one of our younger foundation females. She has a sweet temperament. She's ready to be bred. Our own Bradford would be an excellent choice for her.
