There's not much to say about Conan because his offspring say it all. He is well known for siring crias with bright fleeces with well defined consistent crimp and a buttery handle.

We have not listed Conan's offspring wins because there are just too many. Conan is the sire of many Champions and well known Champion producing Herdsires including Lancaster and Lord Stanley, among others. In addition to his well known fawn and brown offspring, he has also sired several well known blacks including Kodiak and Black Ice. Many of his cria sell before we have a chance to show them off in the show ring. The photos shown on his webpage are but a small sampling of his offspring.

It’s a PHENOMENON! Conan has done it again! And so has Phenomenon! All female crias from Phenomenon so far! Whoo hoo! (see photo of 2011 offspring Misty Morning!)

Molded in the same outstanding format as his siblings – Lancaster (a very well known fawn Herdsire champion!), our very own SCAI Sahara’s Peruvian Gold Dust (3x champion!), Hamilton (a grey multi-champion!), Black Ice, Kodiak, and many others….this stunning jet black proven herdsire lives up to his name and his siblings’ accomplishments!

Everyone knows his sire – none other than 6Peruvian Conan 5039 IMPR98 – the one and only. (Conan is now deceased, so these genetics can no longer be obtained from the stud.) The dam – stunning dark silver gray (yep, GRAY lingers in there – and is just waiting to pop out!) is the dam of the multi-champion gray stud, Victoria’s Hamilton. Phenomenon comes from an outstanding set of parents! And he is now passing this on to his offspring.

Phenomenon has a quiet confidence that commands attention. Whether he is in the pasture, show ring, or in “with the girls”…this show-stopping male is a sight to behold. He is truly a phenomenon - his fiber is getting a tighter crimp as he ages, yet he is maintaining a beautiful, buttery soft handle! WOW! We just LOVE this stud!

The crias from Phenom are spectacular – all girls so far! From black to dark fawn (with rose grey spots!), these girls will be entering the show ring in the Fall of 2011 with elegance, style, and AWESOME fleece. We can’t wait to show them!
