He received First Place at the 2011 ABR Fallfest Fleece Show (Level 3 show - 178 fleeces total) -
with his juvie black fleece.
His score was just 1/2 point behind our Zeppelin - Who Won Color Champion!
Then Glow won another blue at the 2012 National fleece show.

We fell in love with Glow at a month of age, and immediately bought him and his mom Bridget.
As he has grown up he has not disappointed one bit.
We have visions of producing the very best in black - combining Zeppelin and Glow genetics.

He placed 3rd at the Futurity, (beating the IAO Color Champion, and sandwiched with the eventual Futurity Color Champion) - in the yearling class, at just 13 months of age.
And 3rd at the Nationals (at 14 months), where in his oral reasons, Mike Safley compared his fleece to that of an Elite White.

He is straight and strong with strong bone and excellent coverage.
But What excites us the most is his fineness and especially his uniformity. Very little apparent guard hair.

Glow will do wonderful things for your herd.

He is acting very ready to breed - we have a few girls about to deliver that are on his dance card.

We have decided to push our grey program a bit harder these days though - and as a result have decided to make Glow available for purchase. This boy is so rare - how many blacks has Mike Safley commented so highly about, as to compare their fleece to that of an elite white. We will be retaining 5 breedings to Glow.

1st place Halter Fallfest 2010 - class of One. Oh well!

3rd place Halter The Futurity 2011 - Class of 10 - sandwiched with the two above him. The winner of his class went on to win CC.

3rd place Halter The Nationals 2011 - Class of 8 - Mike Safley stated he had a fleece like an Elite white.

1st place Fleece - Fallfest 2011 - class of 7 - also "RRC" - (Reserve Reserve Champ - LOL) - since he was 3rd in total points of all the blacks shown. He scored within 1/2 point of both the CC and the RC. The CC was our Zeppelin!
