Abby is a very dairy doe, that really puts it in the bucket, she has peeked at a gallon and three, fourths, a day, and she is very difficult to dry up. Abby does have a small pocket in the fore udder, but it has not passed to any of her daughters, so far. She hand milks easily, with great milk flavor.
2021 Abby freshened nicely once again, and is already giving around 14lbs a day, at ten years old, her ninth lactation.
We will be milking Abby through till breeding season 2022.
2022 Abby our 11 yr old girl milked through with ease, and is still being hard to dry up. She was still giving a half gallon a day before we started trying to dry her up.
Tested negative for CAE 2020
She is 30 1/4" tall and weighs 165lbs
