Jelly Bean is a good looking doe, with pretty markings. Dam had very nice conformation over all, however she did not produce as well as some of the other first fresheners. Dam peeked at 3/4s a gallon, a day as a first freshener. .

Jelly Bean is a friendly doe, with good conformation, and udder attachment, but she is not a very heavy producer, she is good to give around a gallon a day, she has smaller teats, and will occasionally kick while hand milking, generally when she is very full, but is good for machine milking. She has good milk flavor. She has given us some very beautiful daughters, that we are keeping.
