I have some beautiful doe kids from Judah. He is gentle, and easy to handle, he can be stand offish with strangers. My only complaint is we have gotten a few kids with black markings from him, mostly on initial out crosses with our Alpine does. He has also had some kids with white patches. We have recorded his DNA with ADGA. We also got his Alpha S1 Casein results, which are E/F. I currently (in 2020) have only two daughters in milk to him (one milking with a precocious udder), and a friend has one, they have nice udder attachments, and conformation. We have also gotten a few polled kids from him.

Goatgoat Jubilee Gold (L)

Guernsey/Alpine/LaManchaDoe (female)Gold White Blaze
GGBoA# DOB: 4/22/20179 yrs
Jubilee has beautiful conformation, and her dam was my second best producing first freshener, last year. She is 62.5% Guernsey, 25% Alpine, 13.5% LaMancha. I'm sure we will be seeing good things from this beautiful doe. She freshened with a nice udder attachment. Could have bigger teats, but not bad for a Guernsey. She peeked at over 3/4 a gallon a day as a FF in 2019. She was not easy to dry up. Jubilee milked just over a gallon a day in 2020, as a second freshener. My only complaint was that she doesn't milk very flat, and her teats are still a little small, and she can be hard to keep weight on, she puts it into milk. She Tested Negative for CAE 2020. Jubilee freshened with triplets easily, this year 2021, and we will be keeping one, so that puts us up to three daughters we will be freshening eventually, so we need to make room. She has had two kids with black markings, and one with a fair amount of white. She hand or machine milks (prefers machine), currently giving a gallon and a quart (10lbs) a day. Good flavored milk, we have also made farmers cheese with her milk, and it was great. She does have Lamancha in her background and the lack of ears could show up in later generations.

Nice looking doe, but she has a lot of white for Guernsey, so she goes back to being the first generation. She will be available after we get a doe kid from her.

2021 Lacey gave us triplets two bucks and a still born doe, she has a beautiful udder, teat length, and good orifices, good milk flavor, hand or machine milks, and gave 7lbs a day.
