Their grounds are pristine and this allows them the distinction of being the Happy, Sturdy, Loving and well bred Alpaca you would expect for your family to enjoy.

Brian's genealogy chart with his ancestor Johnny Appleseed is on display as you enter this beautifully restored 1830 130 Acre Homestead in SE Iowa. The beautiful Alpaca colors will greet you with "Paca Kisses" and teach you how easy it is to start your own farm with continued support, knowledge and very attractive financing terms.
