We have been bringing in high caliber genetics from the United States and Canada to diversify bloodlines not only in our herd but to bring new bloodlines into the alpaca population in our region. We are excited to get our first award winner, Gunnison, crias into the show ring and they have stood proud! Gunnison joined our herd in 2018 coming from Colorado. We continue to add diversified, high quality genetics to our herd and are excited for our 2021 cria breedings.
We are certified volunteers with 4H youth and lead the Llama and Alpaca project for 4H in Isanti County. We are excited to be involved with the education of these fabulous animals to 4H youth.
We provide instruction on animal husbandry, handling and showing to 4H youth. We also provide mentoring to newly formed alpaca farms and farms desiring a partnership with us. It is wonderful to see the alpaca farm growth in our region!
