Rosetta is an Elite black Macintosh daughter with a soft, high character fleece and excellent conformation. Greg Mecklem is probably going to regret ever letting this female part his farm as she is probably one of the finest Mcintosh daughters ever produced. We are so happy he did and we now own her. Her well known sire, Macintosh has been standing at stud in Canada the last several years and been producing high quality black females like Rosetta. Rosetta is bred to Accoyo Centurion, a fawn El Nino son, and is due May 6th, 2007. She just had a light brown female cria from Centurion. Rosetta's 1st & oldest daughter Turkish Delight has won two Championships in six shows entered and took 2nd at Futurity and 3rd at the Nationals. Her other ribbons were another 2nd and 3rd at 6-7 months of age. Accoyo America Centurion is a full Accoyo, medium fawn son of PCA Accoyo El Nino and 6Peruvian Accoyo Isis. Rosetta was bred back to Peruvian Black Mesquite on July 13, 2007. Mesquite's breedings are now restricted to five per year and are $7500 each at Magical Farms. She had a very nice male cria on 6/13/08 which is not included in this sale and was sold as a Jr. Herdsire. She just had a male cria from Grey Wing on 8/26/09 we named Grey Wing's Ebony. She was bred to Snowmass Enlightenment and had a DSG male cria on 3/20/13 which is not included in this sale. She was bred back to Enlightenment's Enrique on 5/11/13 and had a beautiful light silver gray female in 2014 named Easter Lily.
