Look at this handsome boy, he was such a surprise when he was born, exactly Half Gray and Half Black. Half Black and 1/2 Light Silver Grey. AOA has to make a new classification for this boy since there are no other ones like him in the USA. Levi is a unique male alpaca born in 2017 from Frango (gray Casanova son) and Black Widow (true black). He has serviced his first girls in 2019 and his first two cria are spectacular. Mario won 4 First place and 1 Second place at his first show weekend at barely 6 months old. He has two types of fleece, his gray fleece is very fine with a high amplitude crimp. His black fleece is also very soft, but has a wider bolder crimp style. We love the crias and patterns he produces with his offspring! ***We would like to keep free breedings to this herdsire as he has produced wonderful crias for us!***

Graceful Fawn is a lovely young gal from 2 gray parents. Eponine her mom, was one of our original foundation stock females from the Patagonia farm that was known for producing high quality grays and blacks. Spalding, her dad is a handsome modern rose gray male who has 10 Championships to his name. Fawn was bred to our unique young male Leviticus and produced an outstanding male cria that took 4 firsts and 1 second in his first show weekend, at barely 6 months old. Her 2021 cria from Levi is a promising young black male along with 2022 MSG cria named Lightning McQueen. She was bred back to Levi for an early October cria for 2023.

This spectacular medium silver grey boy named Zodiac’s Mario Andretti is from a very unique herdsire Leviticus & dam Graceful Fawn. He was up and running around like crazy all the time thus we named him after the famous racing car driver. Leviticus, his sire, was born 1/2 light silver grey & 1/2 true black and as far as we know there are none in the USA like him. This is one of the first breedings where we combined the genetics of both JLFA Casanova’s Peruvian Frango from the famous Snowmass Peruvian Casanova (Sire of hundreds of Champions) on the sire side & Ten Time Champion GMFA Spalding on the dam side. Mario has perfect confirmation with a very dense fleece & long staple length with bundles of crimpy fleece as a juvenile which has gotten better as he has grown. At barely 6 months old, he entered the four Iowa Shows in October 2020 in Full Fleece where he took all Blue Ribbons in Juvenile grey. He also received a red ribbon in Walking fleece. Mario's show career is starting to take off. Mario is starting to breed and we will welcome his cries in 2023! Mario is available for 1/2 interest as we would like to continue using him as a service sire for our girls in the future.
