Meet Jamahl, a distinguished 5-time Color Champion, celebrated by judges for his exceptional qualities. Jamahl boasts a well-conformed, compact frame with above-average bone structure. His fleece is a testament to his excellence, showcasing consistent crimp throughout his blanket, hips, neck, and even in his top knot. With an outstandingly soft handle and remarkable density, Jamahl is a standout choice for breeding, regardless of color. The legacy of Jamahl extends to his offspring, who are making significant strides in the show ring. Their achievements speak volumes, with a long list of accolades that can be explored through the AOA official registration site. Noteworthy mentions from our program include Jamahl's multi-champion daughter, Infinitos Charlie, Mission Ridge Sweeten' the Deal, Black Hill's Digamma Jade, and numerous others. Jamahl's density is truly remarkable, reflecting his exceptional genetic makeup. Co-owned with Crescent Moon Ranch, Red Granite Ranch, and Stoneberg Alpacas, Jamahl represents a collaborative effort towards excellence in alpaca breeding.

2X Champion !!!

Crescent Moon's Moonlight Memories

HuacayaOpen (Female)True Black
AOA# 32670400DOB: 8/19/201310 yrs
Crescent Moon’s Moonbeam has produced a daughter who we have named Crescent Moon’s Moonlight Memories. Moonbeam is the daughter of our Cressie who has been deceased for some years now. Cressie was the name sake of Crescent Moon and Moonbeam has carried her mom’s torch with distinction. Moonlight Memories is the maternal sibling to one of the high sellers at the first Priority Sale named Crescent Moon’s Moonlytroses who was purchased by the good folks at Flying Pony Alpacas. Moonlight Memories is a really pleasing true black female. She displays really good density and brightness in a fleece that is uniformed in micron, length, color and architecture. And the handle…..oh what a handle! It is slick! Moonlight Memories was bred to Crescent Moon's Thelonius. Can't wait to see that Cria!!! UPDATE: Moonlight Memories just had her first cria 5/29/16, a beautiful little girl looking like a True Black. It's that Blueish Black color that we were hoping for. Her name is "Odin's Black Ecstacy". UPDATE: Moonlight had her second cria on 6/2/17, another beautiful little girl. This little beauty came in at 17 lbs. sporting a Medium Brown blanket with a Dark Brown head and legs. Odin's Brown Sugar seems to have it all, time will tell.

Service Sire: Zodiac's Mario Andretti

Your Future Herdsire

Zodiac's Mario Andretti

HuacayaJr. Herdsire (Male)Medium Silver Grey
AOA# 35570387DOB: 4/16/20204 yrs
This spectacular medium silver grey boy named Zodiac’s Mario Andretti is from a very unique herdsire Leviticus & dam Graceful Fawn. He was up and running around like crazy all the time thus we named him after the famous racing car driver. Leviticus, his sire, was born 1/2 light silver grey & 1/2 true black and as far as we know there are none in the USA like him. This is one of the first breedings where we combined the genetics of both JLFA Casanova’s Peruvian Frango from the famous Snowmass Peruvian Casanova (Sire of hundreds of Champions) on the sire side & Ten Time Champion GMFA Spalding on the dam side. Mario has perfect confirmation with a very dense fleece & long staple length with bundles of crimpy fleece as a juvenile which has gotten better as he has grown. At barely 6 months old, he entered the four Iowa Shows in October 2020 in Full Fleece where he took all Blue Ribbons in Juvenile grey. He also received a red ribbon in Walking fleece. Mario's show career is starting to take off. Mario is starting to breed and we will welcome his cries in 2023! Mario is available for 1/2 interest as we would like to continue using him as a service sire for our girls in the future.

Description

Odin’s Brown Sugar is a beautiful female with lustrous bay black fleece and a great conformation. She has a very fine and crimpy fleece. Brown Sugar was bred to Crescent Moon’s Accoyo Augustine with rare west coast genetics! Augustine is a 13X Champion Male and this spectacular pairing made a gorgeous true black boy in 2020. We named him Zorro . Brown Sugar was bred to JLFA Peruvian Casanova's Peruvian Frango and produced a medium silver gray male Wasabi. This year she tricked us because the vet said not pregnant, but out popped little Lakota, and dark brown beauty from Frango. She is bred back to our Frango grandson Mario for 2024
