About Our Farm
Welcome to Rancho562! We are a small, family-run alpaca farm dedicated to raising healthy, happy alpacas and sharing the joy and wonder of these gentle animals with our community. Our mission is to provide a space where visitors of all ages can learn about alpacas, experience a working farm, and understand the journey from pasture to fiber.
We proudly participate in alpaca shows, where our animals’ conformation and fleece quality are evaluated alongside the best. These experiences help guide our breeding and care practices and continually improve the quality of our herd. We are always learning ourselves, and we love sharing both what we’ve learned and what we are still discovering along the way.
In addition to caring for our alpacas, we are working toward creating handcrafted items from their fleece. Our goal is to connect our visitors with the full story behind these beautiful fibers, from the farm to finished products.
