We are a full-service, custom fiber mill that works with farms big and small to add value to your fiber. We turn your raw fiber into roving, batts, and yarn. Yarn Factory was started with the idea that fiber processing can be streamlined and made more approachable for farms – regardless of their size.
Yarn Factory is located in Colfax, North Dakota, just 25 minutes south of Fargo and only 2 miles off Interstate 29.
While Yarn Factory started in 2020, we’ve been involved in the industry for many years both as fiber producers and fiber processors. Jessie had over 5 1/2 years of experience working at another custom fiber mill before creating Yarn Factory with Dirk. Through our farm, Ten Seven Acres, we’ve raised numerous alpacas and have mentored other farms in our area as they began their alpaca journey.
