Hummzinger Alpacas is centrally located in the heart of the continent near beautiful Winnipeg Beach, Manitoba. We offer high quality ARI and CLAA–registered breeding stock, in a variety of colours. We also have alpacas suitable as pets. Our goal is to breed alpacas with great conformation, excellent fibre, and of course, friendly dispositions! Our herd includes mostly Peruvian, but also Chilean and Bolivian lineages. Our alpacas have been used in the classroom, as therapy animals, and in the show ring.

At Hummzinger Alpacas we are constantly striving to improve our North American fleece, This is why our herd includes some of the top Bloodlines in Canada and worldwide; including HFLA Super Sam, High Khan of High Plains, Pperuvian Vengador, P3 White Lightning, Pperuvian Camilio and many many more!!

It's been an exciting year for us here at Hummzinger alpacas...we have also arranged for the first (and second) alpaca import from Australia in over 10 years! UPDATE: OUR 3RD AUSTRALIAN SHIPMENT OF ALPACAS WILL BE HERE AT THE END OF OCTOBER 2009! THEY WILL THEN BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE! Our import consists of males and females (suris too!) chosen from top breeders and judges in Australia. many of the farms our animals came from are members of the SRS program. We will also be using GIFT (genetic improvement fleece technology) test results to further identify animals with superior heritability of desired traits.
