    True Black

    Prince William of BlueRidge

Huacaya, Jr. Herdsire (Male), Unproven | True Black

    AOA# 31321471   D.O.B. 9/27/2008, 7/8 Peruvian, 1/8 Chilean

    Sire:
    AG Peruvian Alejandro_deleted_10/31/2019 12:00:18 AM
    | AOA# 1033700  | True Black

    Dam:
    Marmalade_deleted_6/20/2019 12:41:50 AM
    | AOA# 809050  | Light Fawn
Marmalade is the daughter of 4Peruvian Matador, one of the most influential hersires ever imported. He is well known for producing countless champions. One such champion sired by Matador is MFI Peruvian Black Mesquite, who commands a $7500.00 breeding fee!

Marmalade is one of those "select" females who passes the sire's most desireable qualities along to each of her crias, creating champions. She is a rare find, one we are not sure we should part with. This girl's fleece has wonderful character and fineness.

Marmalade has huge, gorgeous dark cow eyes. Her conformation and bite are perfect. She stands straight and strong on thick bone. She is easy going, and gets along well with all other alpacas. Coming from a dam of color, Marmalade offers a multitude of color producing possibilities.

Marmalade is a proven mother who has produced three healthy crias for us. Her daughter, Isabell has earned a Reserve Championship, a 1st, and 2-2nds in highly competitive white classes. This young female sold at 6 months. Her cria, Peruvian Prince William is following in his sister's footsteps. At his latest show he won a first and a reserve champion as a two year old! This added to his other blue, and two seconds behind a 15X color champion, tells a lot about Prince William. This guy is a knockout who keeps improving every time we look at him.

Marmalade is a wonderful mother. She has plenty of milk. Her births are all text book and unassisted. She breeds easily, often on the first attempt.

Marmalade delivered one of her best crias we have seen out of our multi-color champion medium fawn full accoyo Marksman, Momentum. Momentum is medium fawn, perfect in every way, with shiny spindles of crimpy fleece! We will give Marms a break from preganancy. Marmalade comes with an additional breeding to any Blue Ridge sire of your choice.

Marmalade is confirmed BVDV negative and is microchipped.

    Description

Prince William does it again as a two year old, true black in halter, only this time he takes first and Reserve Champion! What a wonderful phenotype, macho male! This guy is easy to handle, and reaady to go to work on passing along his awsome qualities.

Prince William just keeps getting better as is evident by his recent Blues. He is a gorgeous "macho" male with a high frequency zipper crimp extending throughout his fleece. The fleece on this guy has developed an extremely small, uniform architecture, with a fine handle. His coverage is complete.

Prince William's conformation and bite are flawless. This male's legs stand straight and strong, supporting his proud, compact frame. Prince William is developing into a medium sized male, with an "eye catching" presence.

Prince William's sire is none other than the Multi-Reserve Champion, AG Peruvian Alejandro who is known for producing color. Alejandro comes from a champion producing lineage including 5Peruvian Black Ice, and 5Peruvian Ajoyani. Black Ice is well known for producing champions. As is Ajoyani, a phenominal female retaining her finesness with a micron of 18.3 at 8 yrs. She is the dam of 5Peruvian Red Hot, Snowmass Tolkein, and Snowmass Midnight Magic, all well known famous sires. On Prince William's dam side is 4Peruvian Matador, one of the most influential True Black herdsires ever imported! Matador sired countless champions including MFI Peruvian Black Mesquite.

Prince William's dam is a gem who has produced two champion offspring for us. She breeds easily, has text book unassisted deliveries, and abundant milk.

Prince William is curious. He gets along well with animals of various ages.
He is confirmed BVDV negative, and microchipped. We would want to reserve several breedings to this sire.

We are willing to do mobile breedings within a 3 hour drive.
