Platinum Marquis has proven himself nationally in the show ring. Shown, as a juvenile, at the three largest North American alpaca shows (AOBA,AAA Futurity and MAPACA) in 2004, Platinum Marquis won Champion and Reserve Grey Color Champion in these three shows.His luster and his lock are so remarkable that many breeders ask if he is an accoyo. He is a full Peruvian with accoyo blood from his dam's (Silverbelle) side (Bruxo, Uribe and Helios). Silverbelle was the Reserve Grey Color Champion at both AOBA and AAA Futurity in 2002 as well as the highest selling suri alpaca at the 2002 AOBA National Auction. Platinum Marquis' sire, Silver Marquis,is a deep gunmetal silver grey, a product of two silver grey parents, Silver King and Silver Gem. Platinum Marquis, a third generation silver grey suri,sired his first crop of crias born in 2006.All of them were colored suris with excellent lock and luster and out of 14 born, 10 were grey. Since then, Platinum Marquis has produced many more champion winning cria.Some of his well known champion cria  are, GLR Marakesh , GLR Orion, GLR Kiva , GLR Picassa , GLR Chasca, GLR Silvario and Silvano of PVA.

PINES EDGE SILVERBERRY is a very special young lady. Beautiful, full Peruvian rare classic silver grey with an outstanding pedigree including Platinum Marquis, Silver King, Helios, Bruxo and Inca. Her dam Snowmass Nina is one of our top foundation females and her 2009 cria, Safari, is the 2010 AOBA National Grey Female Champion and we expect Silverberry to follow in her sister's footsteps. Silverberry has a strong presence and will inherit her dam's ability for exceptional production. She was born at 20 pounds and was 30 pounds at one week and 116 at 8 months! Strong bone, well balanced conformation, lustrous well locked fleece and an impeccable pedigree put this girl at the top of rare grey suri females.

Silverberry's sire, Platinum Marquis, is a well respected grey herdsire who has sired many champions and he was AOBA and MAPACA Grey Champion and Futurity Res Champion.

Silverberry is confirmed pregnant to GLR Arappaho and will receive a 50% discount on breedings for life.
