Shemeneto, meaning "Black Snake," was aptly named for the revered Shawnee Chief. He, like his namesake, is regal and powerfully built. Neto, as we call him, is a bold bay black, out of our NWA Ltd Mohican, a gorgeous white male sired by Studmaster Artero, a Hemingway son. From his sire, Neto got a lovely bright fleece that's beautifully crimpy from ear to tail. His large square frame can be credited to both his parents. His dam, VIAC Shasta, a true black, is a striking tall trim female at 180 lbs. In addition to her size and conformation, Neto got her terrific staple length and a lovely dark color. We're excited about Neto's potential and expect him to follow in his relative's award winning path. Among them is, maternal brother Shamokin, a medium fawn herdsire with numerous halter and fleece awards.
