ESTATES ASLAN OF NARNIA
Aslan's sire is Patagonia’s El Galan, our magnificent 4x champion and multiple blue ribbon winning herdsire out of Patagonia’s Cayo. El Galan has an elegant, soft handle, buttery fleece, and is a strong-boned pure white male. Aslan's 1/2 sister is our Judge's Choice recipient and 5x champion, Estates Wedding Tapistry.

Aslan's maternal line is known for lasting fineness. His dam is our 2x champion, and champion producer, Patagonia's Arctic Sun. Aslan's maternal grandsire, Patagonia’s El Vasco is one of the finest and most dense true black males! El Vasco has a beautiful fleece that is fine and full of tight crimp. A skin biopsy by Dr. Evans ranked Vasco in the top 1% in density (70 follicles SQMM. SP ratio: 13 to 1). At age 10 El Vasco was maintaining a 23.6 AFD. Aslan's maternal great-grandsire is the famous Neruda (one of the industry's rare dark point grey's, who sold for over $200,000 at the 2007 Futurity Auction)!

Aslan was on our 2017 show string, winning Blue Ribbons at the ABI, GWAS, and CABA Classic shows! To give you an idea how pleased we are with him, Aslan also took part of our Breeders Best Three, where he helped bring home Blue Ribbons for ACE at both the CABA Classic and Carolina Alpaca Celebration shows! Amanda VandenBosch awarded Aslan a 2nd Place ribbon at the AOA National show (*1st Place was our Estates Legendary Picasso). At the Carolina Alpaca Celebration Aslan won 2nd Place (*1st Place & Reserve Champion was our Estates Legendary Picasso) Judge Diana Timmerman's Comments: "Very competitive fleece class today...1st place & 2nd place winners are a very competitive pair. At the 2017 California Classic show, Aslan took home a 3rd Place ribbon (*Our Estates Legendary Picasso took the Blue Ribbon & Color Champion, and our Estates Purely Appraising won 2nd & Reserve Champion).
