Viola has the best of two worlds. He has a regal and ever-watchful bearing, a large frame, with good, straight conformation, a model temperament, spectacular fleece characteristics, & a Champion lineage to match. His dense fleece is soft, fine and crimpy, with a well-defined lock structure. At the age of 20 months, Viola was ready to start his breeding career, and so, we are expecting his first crop of crias in Spring 2012!!

Invierno means "Winter" in Spanish, and comes from black and grey Champion genetics. Her sire is none else than Full ACCOYO RIVERWOLF--a true force in the show ring, and sired by the great, black Incan CPERUVIAN BLACK HAWK, who earned 2 consecutive Color Championships, plus numerous other awards!!
Riverwolf's dam--WOLF DEN O'BABY--is an award winning black female, sired by the amazing OTHELLO (Son to the famous PPCAMILIO!!) Wolf Den O'Baby earned both both black halter and fleece championships, plus numerous 1st place ribbons, and at 4 years of age, her micron was 18.7!!
Other famous paternal ancestors are PERUVIAN GERONIMO and PPERUVIAN GUERLLERMO.
Her dam also is no less--with CALIGULA and MODESTA in her genes!!
Invierno herself, has extremely dense fleece, which displays incredible handle, long staple length, sheen, and uniformity, plus her conformation and body type are excellent.
This Summer, she birthed her first cria--a gorgeous bay black female cria--Verano (meaning "Summer" in Spanish), sired by Silver Spoon Viola--our Medium Rose Gray herdsire, who is an outstanding son of Snowmass Peruvian Casanova (sire of Snowmass Nova) & grandson of Aussie Rockford. We wouldn't be surprised if Verano turns into a silver gray.
We liked this breeding so much, that we are rebreeding Invierno back to Silver Spoon Viola for a Summer 2013 cria, for what is sure to be another incredible animal!!
