Tribute to a Proud Macho

Macho Man December 2010

Macho Man December 2010

I regret to announce the passing of ACCOYO PEGASUS, one of many sons of the great Accoyo import DON JUAN.  His 17th birthday would have been June 2015.  ACCOYO PEGASUS sired several awesome progeny during his lifetime.

Pegasus was a white/medium fawn fancy with strong color genetics. His fleece maintained its fineness and density with high amplitude crimp throughout his life. Pegasus had produced a range of colored offspring, both solid and fancy.  Pegasus consistently passed on his full face coverage and very dense, crimpy fleece characteristics to his offspring, many of whom were award winning.

Pegasus passed on February 24, 2015, a beautiful sunny day of early spring.  He was proud, spirited, beautiful and curious to the end.  I’m grateful to have been fortunate enough to own him and have some of his progeny in my breeding program.

Rest in Peace Dear ACCOYO PEGASUS
