Houdini will be settling females in Oklahoma leaving PA the last week in October 2016 returning in the Spring 2017 to his home in Butler, PA. WHOA! Our Bred and Born Treasure, Alpaca Place Houdini's 1/2 interest being offered! What an opportunity to get in on THE PREPOTENT Sire that throws COLOR and gets all the credit for Alpaca Palace's existance!!! What else were we to do with an incredible male like this? He has produced multiple Champions and numerous ribbon winners. His offspring are cookie cutter consistent. He passes on his extreme brightness, fineness, high frequency character, consistency thoughout the fleece and his Extreme DENSITY and BRIGHTNESS. Houdini produces color about 70% of the time when bred to color. Add that to the fact that Houdini also greatly improves conformation which gives the advantage of breeding to an average quality female his ability to leap generations in quality of his offspring. His crias have beautiful heads, square frams, straight legs and great width of chest and rump. When comparing his offspring's fleeces, they are very easy to identify because of their brightness, fineness, consistent character and style. His crias are very vibrant and quick to stand and nurse at birth. They are smart and easy to train. His daughters are GREAT moms, easy birthers with lots of milk and wonderful mothering instincts. As breeders, this is what we all wish for in breeding seed stock foundation females and in the care of their young and their young's ability to thrive. Prince Harry was sired by full Peruvian Alpaca Palace Houdini. Prince Harry has a show record that is amazing, like his fleece. He has a awesome uniform and dense staple length. Uniformity of color and softness are also strong attributes of Prince Harry. His first cria was born in July with beautiful fleece architecture.

Prince Harry's progeny are proving to be quite gorgeous. His first cria Sparkle has lustrous, shiny and rosey fleece. Fine and uniform. His second cria came from one of our best beige girls, Ivy who we know throws color. On Harry's dam side there are strong black genetics. The combination of Ivy and Harry pulled the black out. Izabel is true black at the core with excellent architecture and density, sure to be a looker in the ring. Izabel took a blue ribbon at her first show the Empire Showtacular.
