Description

Cannaletto crossed with Sun Tzu usually produces a very even usable fleece. Well this breeding did just that and produced Merlot. Merlot has Snowmass genetics on the top side and Stonberg's Rubi (Sun Tzu daughter) on the bottom side.

More on Rubi: She is a very fine fleeced (Royal baby) fawn female. Rubi is the Top 1% in 3 EPD traits. In the others she is in the Top 2%. For those of you that realize the dam's importance, Rubi is a high end building block that Merlot and her future cria will benefit from.

Merlot has a feminine frame. Breeding her to Maverick should improve the offspring's size to include bone density and of course the fleece!
