We hit the ‘jackpot’ on this one!! Jackpot, the son of our own Snowmass Corazon, displays the kind of fiber we should all be breeding for; dense, lustrous, soft and crimpy! His crimp is consistent through out his whole body. The luster is brilliant. He is a prime example of what Snowmass Corazon passes onto his cria. You can easily pick out Velvet in the pasture, her presence draws you like a magnet. She has a lush brown fiber with good density and crimp. As a yearling, Velvet placed well in competition and has since enjoyed a pastoral life.

Velvet has two exceptional crias out of Elixir. Commander, a dark fawn color with bundles and crimp from his tips down to his skin, was sold as a juvi - his new owners have chosen not to show him. Elixir's Pride is a fabulous medium brown male - although we have not shown him, he could definitely place at the shows.

Velvet just delivered a wonderful medium fawn male. Echo has a perfect conformation, exhibits fine fleece with crimpy bundles - compliments of his sire, Royal Peruvian Elixir, and of course Velvet.

Description

Rivka is a big girl but put together beautifully. She was evaluated by an AOA Judge as was found to be in proportion though definitely well fed. It was observed she is slightly straighter as to the angles in her rear leg assembly when viewed from the side but her front and back legs are properly straight. Although her micron is testing higher than we’d prefer, we feel it’s being influenced by her condition. She is displaying average density and a uniform definition of crimp style.

Her pairing with Tucson produced a very nice beige male name Rabbie, who went on to win 2 reserve color championship banners, and 1 color championship banner.

Currently Rivka is not part of our adoption program.
